Yoga was traditionally taught in a one- on-one situation. Essential teachings were passed on from teacher to student in personalised instruction, demonstration and dialogue.

In a one-on-one class, the physical abilities, needs and lifestyle of the student are taken into consideration. The tuition is tailored to suit the individual, offering progressive home practice plans to support the work covered in a class.

A one-on-one class may include any or all of the following: asana (posture), pranayama (freeing the breath), vinyasa (breath led movement), meditation, relaxation, restorative work (using props to support the body).

one-on-one class: duration 60 mins - 40 euros / 90 mins - 50 euros
one-on-one class pre-paid block of 6 x 1hr - 225euros.
