Various themed workshops and intensives, all taught within the Dynamic yoga training method, provide a perfect context in which to dive more deeply into the infinite experiences that yoga has to offer. Each workshop or intensive includes Pranayama, Asana, Vinyasa, sitting, dialogue, exploration and demonstration.

WORKSHOP THEMES

::: BECOMING SOFTER
This workshop takes us back to the origins of breath, movement and flow. Practising within the guiding light of ahimsa (sensitivity), we are encouraged to deepen our capacity to feel and connect while moving through a gentle yet powerful dynamic yoga series. The workshop provides a deeply nourishing context in which students can explore the natural rhythms of the body and develop a deeper trust in its wisdom.

This one day workshop involves a 1 x 3hr dynamic vinyasa flow practice session and a 90 minute guided exploration and dialogue session.

::: JOYFUL ASANA WORKSHOP
“Joyful steadiness in the body free from tension
and manifesting the infinite beyond duality.”

Patanjali’s yoga sutras clearly state the above on the subject of yoga practice and its powerful and revealing effects.

To establish comfort and ease in any yoga posture, simple or complex, a knowledge and embodiment of certain techniques is required.

Through direct application, experience and clarification this workshop introduces essential techniques in a progressive and non conceptual manner. The workshop focuses on structural and energetic integrity while simultaneously developing our qualities of sensitivity, acceptance and surrender.

This one day workshop involves a 1 x 3hr Dynamic vinyasa flow practice session and a
90 minute guided exploration and dialogue session.

Taking an in-depth look at the three stages of hatha yoga practice, learning, self practice and auto-practice, we explore the foundations necessary for a safe and effortless transition from one stage to the next.
